Well Certification: Water Testing Labs of Maryland specializes in testing well water for real estate transfers. We test for conventional, VA and FHA loans. We also test for new well use & occupancy permits.

Septic Survey: Basic survey includes a visual inspection and an owner questionnaire. If requested, there is an additional cost for excavation and file search.

Termite Inspection: A certified inspector will inspect your house for termites and termite damage. We do not sell termite treatments.

Conventional Loan $110.00*
Includes collection, total coliform bacteria, e. coli, nitrates, sand, turbidity and pH.

VA Loan $125.00*
Includes collection, total coliform bacteria, e. coli, nitrates, sand, turbidity, pH and iron.

FHA Loan $175.00*
Includes collection, total coliform bacteria, e. coli, nitrates, sand, turbidity, pH, iron, nitrites and lead.

Add: Septic Survey $100.00*

Includes collection, total coliform bacteria and e. coli.

Use & Occupancy $120.00*
Includes collection, total coliform bacteria, e. coli, nitrates, sand, turbidity, iron and pH. Caroline, Queen Anne, and Talbot counties require arsenic (additional $30.00) testing for new wells. Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Harford, Frederick and Prince Georges counties need an additional bacteria test after the original satisfactory U & O test, add $100.00.
